This one or two day program is designed to facilitate the continual improvement of the quality system through an effective internal audit process.

Any employee involved in the audit process. Anyone interested in improving both technical and interpersonal audit skills.

Goals:
To provide participants with opportunities to:

- Use and explore audit tools to add consistency and order to the audit process
- Generate clear and informative corrective action requests (nonconformities)

- Demonstrate effective investigative audit techniques
- Organize an effective, thorough, value add audit
- Easily create an informative audit summary report(s)
- Reduce time and effort by using appropriate audit tools provided in the program
- Chair both opening and closing meetings
- Recognize and take advantage of opportunities to add value to the audit process
- Manage all phases of an internal audit
- Skillfully and tactfully audit others and set the tone for constructively helping auditees to understand and feel comfortable with the audit
