ISO/TS 16949:2002 is replacing QS-9000 3rd Edition as the preferred automotive quality standard.

Scope:

This one or two day program is designed to facilitate the continual improvement of the quality system through an effective internal audit process

Any employee involved in the audit process. Anyone interested in improving both technical and interpersonal audit skills. Particularly beneficial for people having taken the ISO/TS 16949:2002 Transitioning from QS-9000 3rd Edition course.
