This one day program provides practical on-site audit experience to immediately put into practice and reinforce concepts introduced in the two day audit program
Designed for:
Anyone interested in improving both technical and interpersonal audit skills. Any employee involved in the audit process. Anyone who has completed:
- ISO 9001:2000 Internal Auditor Course
- ISO 9000:2000 Revisions
- ISO/QS-9000 Internal Auditor Course
- ISO/TS 16949 Transitioning from QS-9000 3rd Edition
- ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Course
- ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Course
Content:
- Audit preparation
- Observe an experienced auditor perform a brief audit of an area of the quality system such as the gage lab
- Perform an actual audit of one element of the quality system
- Prepare value added corrective action requests or nonconformities
- Present findings to management in a closing meeting
- Summary and audit feedback

To provide participants with actual real life on-the-job experience to be able to:
- Perform audits on their own
- Apply principles learned in the two day audit program
