- Problem solving – Corrective Action Requests
- Examine typical corrective action requests
- Discuss techniques for effective closure

To provide participants with opportunities to:
- Gain a better understanding of problem solving
- Increase root cause analysis accuracy
- Simplify problem solving with proven techniques
- Apply key concepts, such as, root cause, cause and effect and problem solving
- Close Corrective Action Requests
