This one day program is designed to show effective methods of problem solving.

All employees who perform the problem solving function.

• Problem solving techniques and root cause analysis
  • Cause and effect diagrams
  • Five "Why" techniques
  • 8 D or team-oriented problem solving
  • Containment
• Problem solving – Corrective Action Requests
  • Examine typical corrective action requests
  • Discuss techniques for effective closure

To provide participants with opportunities to:

• Gain a better understanding of problem solving
• Increase root cause analysis accuracy
• Simplify problem solving with proven techniques
• Apply key concepts, such as, root cause, cause and effect and problem solving
• Close Corrective Action Requests
